Following the annual meeting of its General Assembly, that was held earlier this year, KGL PI announced the appointment of a new Board of Directors for a three-year term.

The newly appointed Board of Directors held its first meeting on August 19, 2008. In accordance with clause number (18) of the Memorandum of Association of KGL PI, Mr. Mohammed Al-Mazeedi was elected as the Chairman & Managing Director and Mr. Fadhel Al-Baghli as the Vice Chairman.      

Speaking in the meeting, Mr. AlMazeedi expressed thanks and appreciation to the members of the previous Board of Directors and warmly welcomed both Dr. Qutaiba Abdulrazzaq Rezouqi and Ms Laila Mahdi Sayed Abbas, the new board members, and wished them all the best.
