Today we have officially received our ISO 9001:2000 certification, and hence achieving yet another milestone.

It gives me great pleasure in taking this opportunity to convey my utmost appreciation for all of you.

This achievement would not have been possible without the support and commitment of every one of KGL PI staff.

Due to the global nature of our business and markets, we are confident this ISO certification will improve our competitive edge, support our long-term strategy and help in providing our customers with unrivalled quality services.

Our pursuit of excellence and quality is endless, and this achievement is just a step on a long quality journey.  I urge all of you to continue your effort and teamwork during the upcoming regular internal audits and surveillance visits to maintain the ongoing validity of our ISO certification.
