KGL PI’s Article of Association provides that KGLPI shall be managed by a Board of Directors (The Board) elected by the shareholders at the General Assembly Meeting.

KGL PI’s management team consists of highly qualified professionals with an average of about 25 years of experience in different capacities in port operations and management, container handling, logistics, Information Technology and related fields.
