KGL PI is an incorporated company that aims to operate sea ports and provide a complete range of port services in the GCC countries, MENA region and on a global scale.
At present, KGL PI is subsidiary of Kuwait and Gulf Link Holding Company KSCC, which in turn, is fully owned by Kuwait and Gulf Link Transport Company KSCC – a publicly traded and listed company on the Kuwait Stock Exchange.

KGL PI was incorporated in accordance with the prevalent Commercial Laws of the State of Kuwait in July 2004.
KGL PI currently employs around 220 employees working mainly in the Shuaiba Container Terminal operations. The company would be undertaking large scale recruitment to augment and enhance the operations at the SHUAIBA CONTAINER TERMINAL as well as for implementing the RAK Container Terminal Project.
